Smokey Maple Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lb pork shoulder
  • 3 tbsp Bear Hug Foods Smokey Maple Rub
  • 1 cup apple juice or broth (for moisture)

Instructions:

  1. Rub pork shoulder generously with Smokey Maple Rub.
  2. Place in a slow cooker with apple juice or broth and cook on low for 8 hours, until tender.
  • Shred and serve on buns with coleslaw for delicious pulled pork sandwiches.
