Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • Ā¼ cup milk or half-and-half
  • 1 tbsp Bear Hug Foods Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix
  • Ā½ cup canned or frozen artichoke hearts, chopped
  • Ā½ cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • Ā½ cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Ā°F (190Ā°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in chopped artichokes, spinach, and shredded cheese. Add cream cheese in small dollops if using.
  4. Heat olive oil or butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook undisturbed for 2ā€“3 minutes until edges begin to set.
  5. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 10ā€“12 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Let cool slightly, slice into wedges, and serve warm or at room temperature.
