Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- Ā¼ cup milk or half-and-half
- 1 tbsp Bear Hug Foods Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix
- Ā½ cup canned or frozen artichoke hearts, chopped
- Ā½ cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- Ā½ cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375Ā°F (190Ā°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Stir in chopped artichokes, spinach, and shredded cheese. Add cream cheese in small dollops if using.
- Heat olive oil or butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook undisturbed for 2ā3 minutes until edges begin to set.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 10ā12 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and slightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly, slice into wedges, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Optional Garnish: Top with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of Parmesan, or a few fresh herbs like parsley or chives. šø
