šŸ„– Smoked Salmon & Dill Dip Crostini

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into Ā½-inch pieces
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Bear Hug Foods Delicious Dill Dip Mix
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill sprigs (for garnish)
  • Optional: capers, lemon zest, or finely chopped red onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Ā°F (190Ā°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil and toast for 8ā€“10 minutes, until golden and crisp. Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Delicious Dill Dip Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Spread a generous layer of dill dip onto each crostini.
  5. Top with a slice of smoked salmon.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill, and optionally add capers, lemon zest, or a few onion bits for extra flavor.Ā
